Front Squat x 3 reps at 33x1 tempo

B.
Every 2:00 for 10 Sets:
15 UB Wallball shots
10 DB Snatch
5 Burpees

PERFORMANCE

A.
5 Sets:
2 Front Squats + 4 Back Squats
Loaded at 60% of 1RM Back Squat
*perform the front squats, quickly re-rack the barbell, then immediately perform the back squats.

B.
Every 2:00 for 10 Sets:
15 Unbroken Wallball shots (20/14)
10 DB Snatch (50/35)
5 Burpee Box Jumps overs (24/20)
