*perform the front squat, quickly re-rack the barbell, then immediately perform the back squats.

60 Sandbag To Standing (bag at Chest) (150/100)
40 Box Jumps (30/24)
20 Rope Climbs

*perform 10 DB Box Step overs after completing each movement
