Staggered Stance Single Arm DB Row x 8 reps/side (Building heavier than last week)

GHD Sit-up to Parallel x 15-20 reps

 

B.

7 rounds

:30 Burpee Box Jump Overs

:30 Pulsing Air Squat (squat to full depth and up to 3/4 of the way)

:30 Assault Bike (start moderate and get faster every round)

1:30 Rest
