Set 2 - 2.2

Set 3 - 1.1.1

Set 4 - 1.1

All reps @ 20X1 tempo

These are cluster sets - the (.) signifies a 15sec rest with bar on rack

Increase weight each set.

 

B) Back Squat

8-8-8 @ STRICT 2020 TEMPO

rest 60sec 
*work around 55-65% of 1RM load (if you know it) 

*Try to stick to tempo for all sets and maintain great positions
