Happy Monday Freedom Fam! I know you are looking at this picture thinking who are these people? They don’t go to freedom. I will tell you who they are. This is Dezy and his beautiful family. He has been battling kidney cancer since last February. I picked this picture for today because sometimes it’s tough getting out of bed or heading back to work on a Monday morning. You may be saying “I don’t want to go to work” or “I don’t want to get out of bed” but I am going to ask you to try and shift your mindset a little bit. That’s what Dezy did and he has inspired so many people. Instead of saying I don’t want to go to work, change those words to  “I get to” go to work or “I get to” workout. Some people don’t have that privilege to do things that we are able to do every single day. So when your alarm goes off tomorrow morning...I want you to remember that “WE GET TO” live this life every day. Don’t take it for granted. Ok so now let’s take on this workout because....yup, you got it...WE GET TO!



Back Squat

2 warm up sets

3 sets:

10 reps @ 60%

10 reps @ 65%

10 reps @ 70%




5 Rounds:

10 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)

20 Air Squats

30 30 Double Unders

1:00 Rest

(goal is to start easy and get faster each round)
